quiet on set

Quiet On Set was founded by Ewan Graf and Lachlan Thiele. They met at the New York Film Academy on the Gold Coast in Australia studying film production.

As a way to keep in touch despite the 14’000 km distance, Ewan started the weekly show and functioned as the main host with a rotation of other co-hosts. For the first 70ish episodes, those were Lachlan and Kally.

When Kally left to study abroad, Lachlan took over as the main co-host with Ewan. In March 2022 Quiet On Set became a video podcast and since December 2025 Kevin Taelemans has taken over the co-host gig from Lachlan, who still occasionally joins the show

Ewan has covered the Cannes Film Festival since 2021 and Kevin joined the team to cover the Gent and Venice Film Festival since 2023.
