Final Jury Grid at the 78th Cannes Film Festival
The Final Jury Grid from Cannes is in!
The big winners are Sentimental Value & Resurrection while Alpha & Eddington average the lowest scores. The Palme d’Or winner It Was a Simple Accident was only seen by four members of our jury, but was decently received. Nouvelle Vague, The Little Sister and Die My Love all boast very solid averages and Sirat was a hidden gems to many.

Quiet On Set Jury Grid at Cannes 2025: Day 4 - Sound of Falling, M:I The Final Reckoning & Sirat
Our first Jury Grid check-in shows that the finale of Mission Impossible might have been a bit underwhelming, the opening film got mixed responses at best and the rumored Palme d’or contendor The Sound of Falling wasn’t universally praised either. Sirat, however, is the hidden gem of the festival so far and Dossier 137 is solid too.

Quiet On Set Jury Grid at Cannes 2025
The 78th Cannes Film Festival is imminent and Quiet On Set will be at the festival for the fourth year with Ewan Graf attending. In addition to that, a collection of nine film journalists join our first Jury Grid which you can find below.
We recommend you put the films with the highest average on your watchlist straight away. Who knows, maybe the next Best Picture Winner will screen at the festival like last year.
Joining us on the Quiet On Set Jury Grid for Cannes 2025 are: Max Borg (Clap.ch / The Film Verdict), Alex Billington (FirstShowing.net), Chris Schelb, (OutNow), Hayley Croke, (Loud and Clear Reviews), Ben Rolph & Anna Miller (Discussing Film), Luke Hearfield, Chase Hutchinson (TheWrap), Justin Jaeger (The Oscar Expert) and Ewan Graf (Quiet On Set). Their social links and outlets are linked below.
The QOS Jury Grid covers all the films playing In Competition as well as the ones Out of Competition that are not part of the Midnight Screenings. Nevertheless, we’ll collect the ratings for films that aren’t part of grid below as well and publish the average scores for notable titles in Un Certain Regard, Cannes Premieres, Special Selections, Semaine de la critique and more on our socials.
